What we collect
When you fill in our form, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, how you're related to the person who needs care, the kind of care you're looking for, your timeline and any message you write. Please don't send medical details through the website form. Phylicia will ask for what she needs when you talk.
Why we collect it
To get back to you, understand what your family needs, and help you find and tour the communities that fit.
Who we share it with
- A senior living community, only when you've asked us to, for example to set up a tour or a move.
- The phone, email and record-keeping services we use to keep track of your request. They can use it only to provide that service to us.
A3 Senior Advisors is affiliated with owners of assisted living communities in the Fresno area. If a community we suggest is one of ours, we'll tell you first.
We never sell it
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything other than helping your family.
How to stop hearing from us
Want us to stop contacting you? Tell us once — by phone, text or email — and we will. You can also reply STOP to any text.
Seeing, fixing or deleting what we have
Email Home@A3SeniorAdvisors.com or call 559.550.6612 to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and loads its fonts from Google. Both receive the basic technical details every website visit sends, such as your IP address. We don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking.
